(7) The plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of the
property at the sale. If the plaintiff shall be the purchaser
at the sale, the Clerk shall credit on the bic~ of the plaintiff,
the total sum herein found due to the plainti~f or such portion
thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plaintiff,
except that the sums mentioned in paragraph 8(a) of this Judqment
must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be
by the Clerk filing the Certificate of Title or by Order of this
Court rulinq upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by paying:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, including the costs of
publishing the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for makinq said
sale (unless the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items
of costs, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein-
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff.with interest thereon as
~ provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.

` (9) Should there be surplus after the payment above specified,

~ it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should there be a
~ deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court,
and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judg-
ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
arise as a result of said afarementioned sale.
(10) Upon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and all
~ persons claiming by and through them or any of them, are
~
~ severally barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
~ claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the sale,
~
~ its agents and assigns, shall be let into possession of said property
~ -

without delay.

(11) This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to settle
