an order striki.ng the defendants William A. Parker and Elizabeth M.
Parker's cross claim, and the motion having been considered and
argument of counsel having been heard, it is _
ORDERED that said motion be and the same is hereby granted;
however, the defendants Parker are allawed fifteen (15j days
from the date hereof within which to file,an amended cross claim
should they be so advised.
