IN RE: The North 125 feet of the South 158 feet of the
East 140 feet~of the West 165 feet of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 30, Township
35 South, Range 40 East.
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
Roy E. Jenkins, who upon first being duly sworn did depose and say:
1. That he is one and the same person as Roy E. Jenkins, the grantee
in that certain warranty deed, conveying the above-captioned property, and
dated the 7th day of December, 1956, recorded in Deed Book 223, page 222 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
• 2. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, he was married
to Carol Jean Jenkins and that said marital relationship has continued
without interruption since said date and to the time of execution of this .
affidavit.
3. That this affidavit is given as an inducement for First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to loan monies to the affiant
pursuant to that certain martgage dated January 2, 1975, recorded in OR
