SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS that Richard M. Salisbury and Ursel
Salisbury, the owners and holders of that certain mortgage and the indebtedness
secured thereby, executed by said mortgagors, under date of October 25, 1973,
recorded in Official Record Book 220; page 932, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, encumbering real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
as follows:
Lot 8, Block R, MARAVILtA ESTATES, as recorded in
Plat Book 8, page 77, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
At the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the sum of Ten (510.00)
Dollars and other valuable considerations inuring to the undersigned fran Sun
Bank of Fort Pierce, do hereby subordtnate the lien and operation of said mortgage
to the iien and operation of that certain mortgage, and the indebtedness secured
thereby and executed by the said mortgagors to First Federal Savings and Loan
Association•of Fort Pierce under date of January 2, 1975, recorded in Official
Record Book 235, page 628, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, securing
the sum of 528,800•00, and encumbering the above described real property, in
