1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
Edward H. Stanton ~rho departed this life on July 10, 1974.
2. That she and the said Edward H. Stanton were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by General Develogment Corporation dated October 25, 1962, recorded
in O.R. Book 49, page 522 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was
conveyed,
- 3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, -
