the relief requested in Count I of Plaintiff's ~
Complaint, and the Warranty Deed, recorded in
OR Book 204, Page 2017, and the mortgage deed,
recorded in OR Book 204, Pages 2018 and 2020,
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, is
hereby reformed to described the following
described real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: `
The SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 '
of Section 12, Township 35 South, Range
39 Eas t, LESS the North 200 feet of the
East 246 feet and LESS rights-of-way
for Public Roads and Drain~ge Canals of
record.
