This cause havinq come on for hearing upon Motion of the
Plaintiffs, through counsel, for the appointment of a guardian ad litem
and attorney ad litem for the Defendants, C. S. NICKS, SR. and VIR~GINIA
W. NICKS, his wife, and it appearinq to the Court that the Defendants have
been duly and properly served constructively by publication of Notice of
z~
Suit to Quiet Title and that the Defendants have not filed any responsive
E plea~g or made any appearance within the time set forth in the Notice of
~ Suit, and the Plaintiffs are not able to determine whether the Defendants
are in the military service of the United States or whether the Defendants
are minors or otherwise incompetent, and it further appearing to this Court ~

that the appointment of a guardian ad litem and attorney ad litem is necessary i
in this cause, it is,therefore.
ORDERED AND ADJODGED that John Edgar Sherrard ,
an attorney learned in the law and a member of the Bar of this Court, be,
and he is hereby, appointed as Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney Ad Litem for
the Defendants, C. S. NICKS and VIRGINIA W. NICKS, his wife, if alive, or
~ if dead, their unknown heirs, devisees, legatees or grantees, and all persons

or_parties claiming by, through, under or against them; and all parties having
