and deposes as follows:
l. That James B. Dingler and Ruby Dingler were husband
and wife on and prior to December 28. 1971: and continued to
be husband and wife and to live together as such until the death
of James B. Dingler on April 19, 1974, while a resident of Monroe .
County, Georgia. .
2. That there is attached hereto and by reference made a
part hereof a certified copy of the death certificate of James
