1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CJRPORATION, its successors or assigns, shall notiiy
the undersigned in writing a1 the address indicated below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a reasonable state o}
appearcmce cmd repair consistent with the general appearance ~d state of repair ol other properties
within the immediate vicinity, the undersigned agrees to accomplish the required repairs, maintenance.

2. li the undersigned shall fail or retuse to accomplish the required repairs or maintenance.

3. As to cviy eosts or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
cessers or assigns, in br~nging about cmd accomplishing the work referred to in the notice, the under-
; siyned agrees to make pa;rment thereof within 10 days alter demand. Provided, however, that demcmd
