DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of January, ~

1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction . ~
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation , ~

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~ ~
~
:the marriage between the parties is irretrievably b~oken and ~
i
should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~

existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
S~ 2. That the wife, CLAUDI~ MAGLIOCCHINO has a special
equity~in that certain savings certificate on deposit with
Citizens Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce ;
which originally was in the name of Antonio Magliocchino and
( I 'Claudi~ Magliocchino to the extent of $3,000.00; said certifi- 4

cate being certificate # 708-360 and the Husband shall pay the ~
~ ~
~ sum of $3,000.00 to the wife within five (5) days from the date
~ of this Order and upon the payment of said sum by the Husband

~ to the Wife, the special equity that the wife has in the savings i

~ certificate will terminate. ~
~ 3. That the deed executed by the Husband to his son by ~
a revious marriage, Mauro Magliocchino is a nullity and is of
