This Court has jurisdiction of the subject !
matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon

~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bond of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, Michael

~ Steven Cooke, is hereby awarded to Margaret P. Cooke, with

~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to Steven A. Cooke. '

~ Jurisdiction of this cause is retained for any ~
