This matter coming on on the Husband's Motion to Modify, both parties ;
being present in Court and represented by counsel, with Martha Warner
of Neill, Griffin, Jeffries & Lloyd entering an appearance for the Wife,
and tne parties having agreed and stipulated to the Order, upon considera- :

tion, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered herein on the
15th day of February, 1974, be and the same is hereby modified as follows:
1. Paragraph three is modified to reduce the amount of ch~ild support i
to Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per week for each of the minor children. ~
2. Paragraph three is further modified and the Husband is relieved
of the responsibility for the orthodontist bill for Andrew Dana in the
~ prese:~t amount of Seven Hundred Sixty-five Dollars ($765.00), and said

j payments will be made by the Wife. '

~ 3. All other provisions of said Final Judgment of Dissolution of

~ Marriage continue in full force and effect, and jurisdiction of this ~

~ cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further ~
~ orders as may be proper. ~
