fessional services, as an architect, in the nature of preparing con- ~

struction documents and furnishing "in-office" supervision for the • ~
construction of a new building located on the following-described real ;
property in Saint Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The S~ of the ~in~ of the NW~ and the N~ of the NW~ of the ~
SW~ of Sectior 13, Township 35, Range 39 East, Saint Lucie ~
County, Florida (less exceptions as set forth in the deed
by which the owner acquired title),
said real property being owned by the said FORT PIERCE JAI-ALAI, INC.,
~ a Florida corporation, and the lien here involved being of a total
~ value of $11,236.50, fully owned by lienor, of which there remains

; unpaid $11,236.50; the first of the aforementioned professional ser-

~ vices being rendered as of October 23, 1972, and the last of the same

~ on this January 15, 1975, but the work is yet in progress and further
services by lienor are anticipated.
