The cause havinq been brouqht on to be heard upon the Complaint filed there-
in, taken as confeased by the Defendant: on reading the Coanplaint and hearing the F
proofs, taken in ~open Court, from which it satisfactorily appears to this Court ~
that the material allegations in said Complaint are true, and that there has been ~
; a breakdown in the marriage relationship to the extent that the objects of
matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable likelihood that the
~
marriage can be preserved. ,
On motion of one of the attorney of the Berrien County Legal Services Bureau,

t Inc., Attorney for said Plaintiff, it is Ordered and Ac7judged, and this Court ~
' by virtue of the authority vested, and in pursuance of the statute in such case ~
~
~ made and provided, Doth Orcler and Adjudge that the marriage between said parties
~
~ shall be and the same hereby 8issolved, and a divorce from the bonds of matrimony j
: ~
~ between said parties is also Ordered and Adjudged. ~

~ It is also furttier ordered and adjudged that each of the parties herein shall
~ be the owner and have sole possession of such personal property as is now in his ~
~
~
~ or her respective possession.
~ It is further ordered and adjudged that the plaintiff shall have sole ownership'
~
~ and possession of a lot at Port St. Lucy, Florida owned jointly by the parties and
~ soley purchased by the plaintiff ,to wit:
~
~ Lot 26, Biock 176 of Port St. Lucie Section 4, a subdivision
~ according to the Pla~ thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, page ;
14A, of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
