Such provisions as are incorporated by reference hereinM shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and
Non-Uniform Covenants 18, 19, 20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree t6at all references
to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower. I.ender and Note defined
herein. Borrower aclmowledges receipt of a copy of the oomplete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advance.s. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lendei
