Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn ~d yard mainten~ce to prevent ~ overgrown or unkempt up~~ce, and to painting dnd r.iinor repairs to the exterior ot ihe building or buildings, siiuated on the premises in order to prevent cm unsighily or unsale condition. 3.
