T'hat the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
to the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said Party (s) of the Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Party (s) of the ~Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the follawing described real property, located and situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows: _
Condominium Parcel No. 123 of CAPSTAN I, according
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in
Official Record Book 232, at Pages 619 thru 711, of the
Public Records of'St. Lucie County, Florida.

This conveyance is subject to and by accepti.ng this deed
the Party(s) of the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the
folla~wing:
