HomeMy WebLinkAbout1651 : REC~IPT, ACK:JO~~iLCDC:•I~T1T, ASSUl1PTI0:] AND ACCEPTAVC~ 3Y PURC1!AS~R ~ ~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this purch~se of a condominium unit at OCEAN ViLL11G~ OF ~IUTCHINSON ISLA2dD is subject in every respect to the ' Declaration of Condo;~inium as to the condominium in which his unit s is located and ~xhibits attached thereto, including but not limited to (whether the same a~e attached to the Declaration or referred to therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, ; the Rules and Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said ~ Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, ~ and acknowledges that each and everv provision of the foregoing .i.s essential to the successful operation and management of the Condo- minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and E~hibits attached thereto. gurchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and orovisions of said Declaration of Condominium . and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- chaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~,mers' Association has encumbered and ir;?pressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara- tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa- tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the Property , Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
