; ORDERSD AND ADJUDGED AS FOLIAWS:

~ 1. That plaintiff/counter defendant's Motion to Strike

~ paragraphs 4 and 5 of defendant/counter-claimant's counter-claim

~ be, and the same is hereby denied; and -

2. Plaintiff/counter-defendant shall f ile its answer on or
~ before fifteen (15) days from January 13, 1975; and
~
k 3. That the plaintiff's Motion to Continue the Temporary
~
Injunction entered November 8, 1974 allowing the plaintiff to clean
~ the septic tank system be, and the same is hereby granted, and the
~
~
~ plaintiff may continue until the further order of this Court to
~
~ clean out the septic tank system, and to perform all necessary
y maintenance, repair or replacement to the septic tank system and
~ ~
~
~ pumps to provide normal maintenance; and
