ORDER OF TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER coming on to be heard based upon Motion request-
ing Restraining Order restraining the parties to this action from
molesting each other, or inflicting bodily harm upon each other, and
it appearing to the Court that said Motion should be granted, it is
thereupon: -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ARTHUR DAVIS, Husband, and MAMIE M.
DAVIS, Wife, be, and the same are hereby restrained from molesting,
injuri,ng, disturbing, abusing, or otherwise doing damage to the person
, of the other, and a v~olation of this Restrainii~g a~~ie~ rriay be con-
sidered by this Court to be contempt.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida, this
