This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit;
that the relation of husband and wi.fe ncW exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievab~y broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them axe hereb ~

forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore e~cisting bet~een them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of JAMES ALLAN, JOSEPH DANIEL and SF.~N DRURY, minor
children of the parties, is hereby a~rarded to SHIRI~:Y A. STOIfl?S with reasonable
