ORDER MODIFYING TEMPORARY ORDER

THIS CAUSE came on to be heard~this day upon
Petitioner's Motion for Contempt Order and upon Petitioner's prayer
for temporary relief, and the Respondent being represented by counsel
and the Court having heard alI of the testimony of the Petitioner and f
the arguments of counsel and being fully advised in the premises~ it
is, therefore, ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Respondent WYATT C. DEANS, JR. is guilty
of contempt of this Court for failure to pay the~Wife the sum of
$225.00 child support and alimony and for failure to pay the sum of
$280.00 for medical and hospital expenses, and he is adjudge.d in ~
i contempt of this Court.

~ 2. That as punishment for his contempt the Respondent

E WYATT C. DEANS, JR. shall be confined in the County Jail for a period
~
~
~ of thirty (30) days.

~ 3. The Defendant may purge himself by paying the ~
~ ~
~ sum of $505.00 total arrearages in the following manner: $100.00 on
~
~ _
? this date and $100.00 each and every week thereafter for four weeks
~ ~
~ and a final payment of $5.00, while at the same time keeping current on
~
- all payments ordered under this Court's temporary support Order oF
; November 21f 1974.

4. The temporary Order of this Court entered on
> November 21, 1974 is herein modified as follows:
(a) The medical and hospital expese payments of $40.00 ~

~ per week, ordered under paragraph 3 of the temporary Order are to be
