temporary possession of the 1973 Chevrolet Custom 10 pick-up truck.
Any collision insurance proceeds payable due to the accidental daaage
to this vehicle on or about Decenber 25, 1974 shall be made payable
to the lien holder The Rosvell Bank of Roswell Georgia or directly
tovard the cost of repairs on the vehicle.
