MANOR, ) ) Wife. ) ) FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of January; A. D., 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ` 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between PRENTICE MANOR and ; LOIS D. MANOR be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each ~ ~ s of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ f € ~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHERYL MANOR and JODI MANOR, the two minor ~ children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Lois D. Manor with reasonable ~ ~ visitation rights reserved to Prentice Manor. k 3. SUPPORT: Comnencing the 21st day of~January, 1975, Prentice Manor ~ ~ shall pay to Lois D. Manor the sum of $20.00 each and every week for each 5 ~ $ child, making a total payment of ~40.00 per week, for the support of the n 'i children named above.
