Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to Lois D. Manor. In addition there is hereby assessed ~
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to
the ~~erk. All pa~yments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this `
~
order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY: The stipulation agreement admitted into evidence is
hereby incorporated herein be reference and the parties are ordered to
comply wi th the provi si ons thereof .
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en,joined and
restrained frnm interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ;
