This cause came on for trial the 17th day of January, ~

.evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of ~

the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation

~of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ~

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should i~

be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
' ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~

I i ROCCO ANTHONY SALVATORE and DELLENE SALVATORE be and the same ;

~ ~`is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

~forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ;

E between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;

2. CUSTODY. Custody of GERARD ANTHONY SALVATORE and CORA;

' MARIE SALVATORE, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded 1+

to DELLENE SALVATORE with reasonable visitation rights reserved ~

~ to ROCCO ANTHONY SALVATORE including but not limited to the right ;
to have the children visit with him for four (4) weeks during the :
summer when the children are not in school and said four (4) ;
~ week period to be arranged between the parties.

3. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of

~ 1975, ROCCO ANTHONY SALVATORE shall pay to DELLENE SALVATORE the :
per week
~ sum of $25.00/per child or $50.00 each and every week, for the
~ :
~ support of the children named above. Both parties shall keep '
each other advised of their current address and the wife shall
