IN THE MATTER OF:
Application of BEVERLY ANN LYVERS
SHORTRIDGE for a Writ of Habeas Corpus
O R D E R
This.cause coming to be heard upon the Writ of Habeas
Corpus previously issued herein and the respondents' Answer
thereto and the Court having heard testimony and argument of
counsel and being advised in the premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:
1. The Division of Family Services of the Depar'tment of
Health and Rehabilitative Services shall make an investigation
of Beverly and Vernon Shortridge, 3200 South 7th Street, Lot
119, Tangelo Village, Fort Pierce, Florida, and of Orie and
Olivi Hodges, 310 South 21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
report the results of the social investigations to the Court.

2. That petitioner Beverly Ann Lyvers Shortridge shall
~ have the care, custody and control of the minor children, Joseph
~

~ Lyvers and Jonathan Lyvers, from after the evening meal each
~
~ Friday until after the evening meal each Sunday.
3. At all other times the care, custody and control
~ of the minor children shall be with Orie Hodges and Olivi Hodges,
~ .
~ subject to visitation rights of Beverly Ann Lyvers Shortridge at
~
~ all reasonable times.
~ 4. Upon receipt of the social investigation ordered
~ above, it will be made available to counsel and the Court shall
~
