FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION -
This cause came on to be heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption filed in this cause and upon the written eonsents ~
of the natural mother and putative fatlier of the minor sought
to be~adopted and upon the written consent of the minor souqht ~
to be adopted, and it appearing to the Court that the P~titioners
are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child and that the
best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption and .
that the Florida Depart~ent of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
Division of Family Services, has filed its written recommendation
of approval to said adoption, and the Court beinq otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED that the minor child known as TRACEY ANN KANE
~ is declared to be the legal child of Petitioners, VINCENT PARISI
and ROSEMARIE PARISI, his wife, and is given the legal name of 4

; MARLA ANN PARISI, by which name she will heareafter be knawn,

~ FURTHER ORDERED that said child shall be the child and
legal heir of the Petitioners, VINCENT PARISI and ROSEMARIE
PARISI, his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges, and

~ subject to all obligations of a child born to Petitioners in
