OF ADOPTION
. THIS CAUSE WAS heard upon the verified Petition For Adoption
filed in this cause and the natural parents of the minor child
sought to be adopted having consented to said adoption, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that
the best interests of.the child will be promoted by the adoption,
and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, JOHN ~
ARCHER, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is therefore
i ORDERED ANp p~DJL1DGg,D that the minor child known as ELVIS

~ ' ROLLE, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner herein, ~

! JOHN ARCHER, and is qi~~en the name of ELVIS ARCHER, by which `

~ name he shall hereafter be known, and it is further

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this chiZd shall be the child
~ and legal heir of the Petitioner, JOHN ARCHER, entitled to all _
rights and privileges, subject to all obligations of a child
~ born to the Petitioner, JOHN ARCHER, in lawful wedlock.
