to the Maker in vrriting irom time to time, in legal tender of the United States, the Prineipal Amount together vcith
interest at the Intereat Rate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amount.
The suma due and owinR hereunder ahaU be payable during the Amortization Period in equal monthly instalmenta,
each in the amount of the Inatalment Payment, the (irst such Inatalment Payment to be made on the Fiiat Instalment ;
Payment Date and subeequent Inatalment P~yments on the first day ot each month thereatter until the Maturity Date t
whereupon the entir~e uapaid balance of priqcipal and intereat acerued and unpaid thereon shaA become due and pay-
able; each such instalment when paid ahall be applied first to t6e payment of interest on We unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereof to payment on account of principal.
If any Inatalment Payment shall not be pai.s, when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. 'I'he Payee may, at
its option. collect a late charge not to exceed two centa for esch one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for ezpenses of setviring delinquent Instalmeat Paymenta. Failure to exerciae these options
ahalt not conatitute a waiver of the right to e:erciee the same in the event of any aubsequent default ~

It is fue~tl~er agreed that the Maker and each endorser. surety, guarantor, jointly and eeverally, ahall pay all co~ta of
collection of this Note, including a reaaonable attorney's fee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued ~
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of intereat per annum in the State ot Fiorida from the date when the princi~al and accrued interest under
thia Note ahall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder shall not in any one yesr e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida_ j

! The Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or modifying the above terms of
; payment, made by the Payee and the owner or owneis ot~the property affected by said Mortgage. whether with or with-
' out notioe to the Maker, and the Maker ahall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder. but with interest at a
E rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terma of any such agreement of e:tension or modification.
~ The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest ahall become due and payabie at the option of
~ the Payee under the happening of an event by which said balance ahall or may become due and payable under the terms

~ Thia Note may not be changed orally. but only by an agreement in writing, signed by the party against whom en-
~ forcement of any waiver, change, modi~cation or discharge ia sought
All parties to this Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor or endorser. hereby waive presentment for
payment, demand, protest. notice of protest, and notice of diahonor, and e:pressly agree jointly and eeverally to remain
and continue bound for the payment of the principal and interest provided tor by the terms of thia Note, notwithstanding
~ any e:tension or eztensions of t6e time of, or for the payment ot said principal or interest, or any change or changes in
~ the amount or amounts agreed to be paid under or by virtue of the obligation to pay provided for in this Note, or any
~ change or changes by way of release or surrender or subetitution of any real property and collateral, or either. held as
~ security for this Note, and naive all and every kind ot notice o[ such e:tension or e:tensions, change or changes, and
~ agree t6at the same may be made without the joinder of t6e Maker.
