RELEASE OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Frank H. Fee, III, who after being first duly sworn deposes and
says:
1. Iie is attorney and aqent in this behalf for the lienor
herein, Young's Roofing Company, a Florida corporation, P. O. Box
1687, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, and that as such he is duly
authorized and empowered to execute this release.of lien.
2. Young's Roofing Company, a Florida corporation, acknow-
ledges receipt in full of the amount claimed in that certain
claim of lien sworn to on November 21, 1974, recorded in O.R.
Book 233,~ page 2872 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
. 3. Said claim of lien sworn to on November 21, 1974 arid ~
recorded in O.R. Book 233, page 2872, public records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, is hereby released and the Clerk of the Circuit
Court is directed to cancel the same of r cord.
