NOW,~THBRBFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and the eum
of $1.00, receipt whereof is hereby acknoWledged, The Federal Land Bank of ~
Columbia hereby subordinates the lien of its mortgage above referred to
~?d all of its rights, powers and privileges thereto to the rights, powers
and privileges of Amoco Production Company, its successors and assigns
under Lease Agreement above referred to; it being specifically understood
and agreed that the lien of The Federal Land Baak of Columbia shall remain
othervise unaffected, and that The Federal Land Ban1c of Colwmbia may ex-
ercise all of its rights, powers and privileges under its mortgage subject
only to the rights of Amoco Production Company under said Lease Agree~nt.
IN WITNESS WNBREOF, The Federal Land Bank of Colwmbia has caused these
presents to be signed and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its
proper officers thereunto first duly suthorized, this the 16th day of October, '
1974.
