CO-EXSCUTRICES' DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Executed the day of January, 1975,
between LOUISE PAI~IER and JFANNE PAIMER SCOTT, as Co-Executrices
of the Estate of W. A. PALMER, Deceased, Parties of the First Part,
and WILLIfi BROWN and WZLLIE B. BROWN, his wife, whose address is
2209 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, Parties of the Second
Part, -
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part, pursuant to Order of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated December 18, 1974,
and in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $10.00 and
other valuable consideration in hand paid,~grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm to the Parties of the Second
Part and to their heirs, successors and assigns forever, that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follaws: ~
