CLAIM OF LIEN
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE I~, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Frank H. Fee, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says on oath
that he is the attorney and agent in this behalf for the lienor herein,
EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a Florida corporation, of P. O.
Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of executed
contract with the following:
BJE Industries '
4710 S. W. 83rd Terrace -
Davie, Florida 33314
said lienos furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies
for the construction of improvements situate on the real property
described in Addendum A, attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, said real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and awned by General Development Corporation,~
said materials of a total value of $7,006.92, of which there
remains unpaid $7,006.92, and furnished the first of same during
the month of October, 1974 and the last of same on December 16,
1974; and that the lienor has properly complied with the provisions
of ~hapter 713, Florida Statutes. ~
