KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve .
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and, .
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
r oad and /ar di tch i s sub j ec t to MortstaQe -
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion.of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOWI THEREFORE, WITNESSETH;- That for and in considera~ion of
the premises and one dollar and other.good and valuable considera-
;tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance:to the property rights of St. Lucie .
County to locate, construct, maintain and/.or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon,~and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: ~ ~
