Borrower and Lender hereby expressly adopt and inoorporate by refereace into this Mortgage and hereby
agee to be bound by the covenants and agreemeats cantained ~ Uniform Covenants numbered 1 through 17

to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described master form of mortgage and
incorporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note defined
herein. Borrower ac]mowledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby inrnrporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the
Sate of this biortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon,
shall be secured by this ~lortgage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that said notes are secured hereby.
At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secwed by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced
