partiesof the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FLORIDA, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the fi~st pa~t, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (51.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of ihe second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right~f-way in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 62 of WHTTE CTTY SUBDIVLSION. as `

per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; thence run East along the south line of said lot 62 twenty-five (25')
feet to the Point of Beginning; thence, run South 330 feet along the existing right-of-
way to a point, thence East 20 feet, thence Nordieasterly to a point on the South line
of said Lot 62, said p~int being 40 feet zast of the Point of Beginning, thence West to
the Point of Beginning in Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St . Lucie
