F'INAL JDDGMENT ~
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lOth day of January, A.D.
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now
exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DTSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DOUGLAS
B. SMITH and JUDITH ANN SMITH be, and the same is hereby, dissolved,
and,the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of~matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob-
' ligations arising therefrom.

; 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNY LYNN SMITH, aged 12 years;
l ~
and BRTAN LEE SMITH, aged 10 years; minor children of the parties, is
F hereby awarded to JUDITH ANN SMITH, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to DOUGLAS B. SMITH. }
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 17th day of January, 1975,
DOUGLAS B. SMITH shall pay the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per ?

~ child, per week, for a total sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00)per week, to
JUDITH ANN SMITH, for the support of the children named above.
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court, and by
z= him remitted promptly to JUDITH ANN SMITH. In addition, there is here-

~ by assessed the sum of $1.00 as-statutory costs to be added to each pay-
~
~ ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money or-
~
der or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
