said vehicle unto the Wife within said period of time, then the inter-
est of the Iiusband to said vehicle shall be conveyed by virtue of this
Final Judgment, and this clause shall constitute a conveyance of the
Husband's interest in said vehicle unto the Wife a~ lump sum alimony
due and owing the Wife.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties~is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying,
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $300.00,
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein, and
DOUGLAS B. SMTTH is ordered to pay said attorney said sum, together with

; costs herein assessed at $30.50.
~ 7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

~ proper.
