; PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALl MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
. . .WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- .
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wi t:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
t~!ortgage Investors, a hiassachusetts 6usin2ss Trust, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Recor•d Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amendin~ the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Folk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortga~p Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
,Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Five

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operatipn of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
