WHE&EAS, FIRST.NATIONAL CITY_BANK, a national banking associa- tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: . A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, 197G, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental Flortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Tr~,st, securing ~5,100,U00.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page 2~05, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein more particularly described; as amended by Modification of Mortgage Deed; dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured by an~additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which .
