FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came for hearinq and t=ial on the 17th day
. of January, 1975, before the Court without the intervention of
the jury, at which time the Plaintiff/Counter-defendant, BENNIE
E. HENLEY, failed to appear and the Court having-proceeded to
try the merits of the Answer and Counterclaim of MILO McCUNE,
the Court finds that the action filed by the Plaintiff/Counter-
defendant, BENNIE E. HENLEY, should be dismissed with prejudice
and that the Plaintiff/Counter-defendant, BENNIE E. HENLEY, is
indebted to the Defendant/Counter-plaintiff, MILO McCUNE, in
the swn of $734.75;
, THEREFORE, it is considered, ordered and adjudged that
the action of the Plaintiff/Counter-defendant is dismissed with
' prejudice, and that the said Defendant/Counter-plaintiff does

.have and recover of and from said Plaintiff/Counter-defendant,
