PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
t KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
. WNEREAS, FIRST.NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of Octob~r,
1~970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as am~nded by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an addition3l principal indebtedness of a1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lai~ds in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described,-being a
part_of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien anct operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
