55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official f~Acord Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage D~ed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Oeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ;
Lucie County, Florida; and ~ i
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discf~arge from the
