encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein .
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured .
by an additional principal indebtedness of E1,112,392.00 and
also•encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1913 and recorded ~
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
i City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
~ part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said i
