PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
NNEREAS, FIRST NATI~IAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
na+ the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
. A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie l:ounty, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florfda therein~ •
anore particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of $1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk ~ounty, Florida, ~vhich
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207,~Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Nortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
Qart of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREfORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of

does remise, release, quit ciaim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
