M. RENNEY, who beinq duly sworn Bays that he is the attorney of the
Lienor herein, JOSEPH R. REESER and MICHAEL E. McPHEE d/b/a NORTHERN
~I,UMINUM, whose address is 55 Buttonwood Circle, Hobe Sound, Florida,
and that in pursuance of a contract with E. G. Cridland Construction
Compau~y, Stuart, Florida, the Lienor furnished labor, services or
materials consisting of:
Labor and materials for the installation of aluminum soffit
systems, aluminum ceilinqs, aluminum sidinq and eave and gable
trim. -
Of a total value of_Six Thousand Eight Sundred Sixty Three and 52/100
Dollars ($6,863.52) of which there remains un~aid $6,863.52, for which
amount he claims a lien on the following described real property in
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
In South Port St. Lucie, Unit #15, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
