This cause having come on for hearing upon consent of the parties, ~
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, {

finds and deter•nines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this cause. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: {

1. SUPPORT. Commencing on the

the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Thirty-five Dollars ($35.00) ~
each and every week for the support of the minor child of the parties ~

hereto, Michael Chad Wouters. All other terms and provisions of the ~

original Separation Agreement dated April 17, 1973, and the Final
~ ~
; Judgment dated June 4, 1973 relating to child support are to remain #

; the same.

~ 1. MODIFICATION AGREEMENT. The Modification Agreement dated

~ January 1975, is heYeby incorporated herein by reference, and
~ the parties are or~ered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~
~ 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties ~
~ ~
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

~ proper.
