BRENDA S. CHAUNCEY. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum
of One ($1.00) Dollar as Statutory costs to be added to each pay- i

ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money I

order or Cashier's check. Both of the parties hereto are ordered t
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi-
dence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. The hotne of the parties herein, located at
7702 Cypress Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, being held in joint ten-
ancy, and more particularly described as:
Lot 15, Block 24, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
~ UNIT 3, as recorded in the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
with the entry of this Final Judg~ment shall become property of the
parties hereto as tenants in common, each owning an undivided one-
half (1/2) interest the rein, with BRENDA S. CHAUNCEY having the
exclusive use and benefit of said property until the minor child
i herein involved is no longer dependent upon the said BRENDA S.
s CHAUNCEY.

~ JAMES H. CHAUNCEY is hereby ordered to pay the mortgage

~ payments, the taxes and the insurance on the property herein des-
~
~ cribed. The amounts necessary to pay said items are to be remitte
~ directly to BRENDA S. CHAUNCEY.

~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: ~

~ BRENDA S. CHAUNCEY shall be responsible for the mainten-
~
ance and upkeep of the~said property, but that the costs of all ~
~
~ major repairs shall be shared jointly by the parties hereto.
