RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin-
ing che Husband from interfering with, molesting, using physical
violence or annoying the Wife or the minor child, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is the'reupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, EDWARD W. HUGHART, JR., be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
using physical violence, harassing or annoying the Wife and the
minor child.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida

i are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
